Avoid meat, eggs, protein rich food and take salt (less than 3g or half a teaspoon per day)

1) Natural lemon juice (strengthens capillaries & controls blood pressure)

- Simmer 250ml of water with 20g parsley, for few minutes

3) Vegetable juice – 300ml of carrot juice and 200ml of spinach juice, drink 2 time a day

4) Take lots of food with Calcium(in the form of dairy products)
